Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ippo Crypto mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using Ippo Crypto, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Ippo Crypto is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that allows users to:

  • Generate and manage cryptocurrency wallets
  • Send and receive digital assets across supported blockchains
  • Swap tokens between supported pairs
  • View transaction history and portfolio balances

We do not operate as a bank, exchange, custodian, or financial institution.

2. User Responsibility for Private Keys

You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your private keys and recovery phrase. We cannot recover your private keys. If you lose your recovery phrase, your funds cannot be recovered by anyone.

  • Write down your recovery phrase and store it securely offline
  • Never share your recovery phrase with anyone
  • Do not store your recovery phrase digitally
  • You are responsible for maintaining your PIN and biometric access

3. No Financial Guarantees

Ippo Crypto does not provide:

  • Financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals
  • Guarantees of profit or return on any digital asset
  • Insurance or protection against loss of funds
  • Custody or safekeeping services

4. Cryptocurrency Risk Disclaimer

  • Market volatility: Values can fluctuate significantly and may result in complete loss
  • Irreversible transactions: Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed
  • Regulatory uncertainty: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction
  • Smart contract risks: Interactions carry inherent risks including bugs
  • Network risks: Networks may experience congestion or technical issues

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
  • Circumventing financial sanctions or regulations
  • Fraud or deceptive practices
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Ippo Crypto available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ippo Crypto name, logo, design, and application code are protected intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use
  • Loss of funds due to user error
  • Loss of access due to forgotten PINs or lost recovery phrases
  • Damages from unauthorized device access
  • Losses from blockchain network issues or smart contract failures

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
