Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ippo Crypto mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using Ippo Crypto, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
Ippo Crypto is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that allows users to:
- Generate and manage cryptocurrency wallets
- Send and receive digital assets across supported blockchains
- Swap tokens between supported pairs
- View transaction history and portfolio balances
Ippo Crypto is a software tool that interfaces with public blockchain networks. We do not operate as a bank, exchange, custodian, or financial institution.
2. User Responsibility for Private Keys
You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your private keys and recovery (seed) phrase. Ippo Crypto does not store, have access to, or have the ability to recover your private keys. If you lose your recovery phrase, your funds cannot be recovered by anyone, including Ippo Crypto.
- Write down your recovery phrase and store it securely offline
- Never share your recovery phrase with anyone
- Do not store your recovery phrase digitally (screenshots, cloud storage, email)
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and biometric access
3. No Financial Guarantees
Ippo Crypto does not provide:
- Financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals
- Guarantees of profit or return on any digital asset
- Insurance or protection against loss of funds
- Custody or safekeeping services for your digital assets
The value of cryptocurrency is highly volatile and can result in significant financial loss. You use this application at your own risk.
4. Cryptocurrency Risk Disclaimer
By using Ippo Crypto, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Market volatility: The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly and may result in complete loss of value
- Irreversible transactions: Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed
- Regulatory uncertainty: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change
- Smart contract risks: Interactions with smart contracts carry inherent risks including bugs and vulnerabilities
- Network risks: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or technical issues that affect transaction processing
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Ippo Crypto for:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
- Circumventing financial sanctions or regulations
- Fraud or deceptive practices
- Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep Ippo Crypto available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure improvements. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Ippo Crypto name, logo, design, and application code are the intellectual property of Ippo Crypto. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ippo Crypto and its developers shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app
- Loss of funds due to user error, including sending assets to wrong addresses
- Loss of access due to forgotten PINs or lost recovery phrases
- Damages from unauthorized access to your device
- Losses resulting from blockchain network issues or smart contract failures
9. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Ippo Crypto after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
